Agreed Value GAP

1. As per Unified Standard Policy Wordings and other Insurance Authority regulation / Pricing guidelines.

2. Comprehensive cover for vehicles upto 10 years from the date of first registration and above Third party liability only.

3. Personal Accident Benefit to Driver and Passengers (employees of insured with a limit of Dhs.200,000/-per person) mandatory for buses.

4. Personal Accident Benefits not to accumulate with liability claims for injuries otherwise payable under the policy.

5. Including Road Side Assistance Cover for Saloon & 4WD / Station vehicles only.

6. Including loss or damage to clothing or personal effects other than money in the car’s boot or interior, where such loss or damage is occasioned by fire, external explosion, self-ignition, burglary (theft accompanied by actual forcible and violent breaking into the car) or collision up to Dhs.2,000/- any one accident.

7. Including off-road cover for four wheel drive private vehicles, Excluding desert safari and or dune bashing or similar activities.

8. Medical expenses incurred consequent to injury arising out of or in connection with the insured Vehicle upto Dhs.5,000/-.

9. Including loss or damage to the insured motor vehicle caused by flood, storm, hurricane, volcanic eruption, earthquake or other convulsion of nature is covered.

10. As per article (38) of Cabinet Decision No. (10) of 2019 AML and CFT regulations, National General Insurance Company (PJSC) would be required to share customer related information with relevant authorities at the domestic and international levels. You acceptance of this proposal includes your consent in permitting National General Insurance Company (PJSC) to share such information.
