Mr. Hasan is a highly experienced energy insurance professional with over 20 years of expertise  in  energy underwriting and risk engineering with a proven track record of leading International downstream, midstream, and upstream energy business, developing worldwide portfolio, setting up underwriting guidelines and risk assessment methodologies, managing client and broker relationships, capitalizing on strategic opportunities, overseeing, directing and controlling the entire operating cycle of Energy International Business catering to both local and international markets. He is Knowledgeable and disciplined underwriter with a solid risk culture that has demonstrated the ability to continually build and grow balanced, diversified, profitable and sustainable portfolios.

He holds bachelor’s degree of Science in Chemical Engineering from University of Bahrain, Moreover, he has obtained Insurance Diploma, Advanced Insurance Diploma, Insurance Management Diploma, and downstream Energy Insurance certifications and currently pursuing CPCU & ACII.

Dr. Arif Usman Muhammad Chief Medical Officer

A Health Insurance Business expert with 20 years of enriching experience in different Health Insurance and Health care industries.  Senior management professional with multi-faceted exposure in Health Insurance Operation Management, Designing and Deployment of New Health Insurance Programs and Solutions, Underwriting & Pricing, Actuarial and Financial monitoring, Revenue Cycle Management of Healthcare Providers and Insurance Claims,  Health Insurance Portfolio management of Government-funded programs and Commercial Programs with vast experience of Health Insurance Operations and Health Risk Management.

Dr. Arif holds an MBBS degree in Medicine and Surgery from Pakistan Karachi, and he has done a Master’s degree in General Management and also achieved his qualifications from Life Office Management Association (LOMA), USA.

Usman Azher Risk Manager

Mr. Usman comes along with a vast experience including actuarial and risk management functions. This includes Product Development, Pricing, Reserving, financial Reporting, Investigation, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance and coordination with appointed actuary for various discussions/approvals. He was nominated as the MENA Risk Manager of the Year by Dubai World Insurance Congress in 2020.

Mr. Usman is a qualified Associate of Society of Actuaries and a graduate in Actuarial Sciences and Risk Management. He is currently pursuing his fellowship and is an active member of various Actuarial and Risk Management societies.
