Reference to the above subject, pleased be informed that at the request of Securities and Commodities Authority, it has been resolved to change the date of the AGM to be held on Tuesday, 16 April 2024 at 04:00 PM at Meeting Room, CBD main office Diera Dubai, and virtually and Remotely, and if the quorum is not met in the first meeting, the second meeting shall take place on Thursday, 25 April 2024.

Shareholders registered in the Shareholders Register on Monday 15/04/2024 shall be entitled to attend and vote in the Annual General Assembly Meeting. Accordingly, dates related to the entitlement for the dividends will be as follow:

Last Entitlement Date: 24/04/2024
Exclusion Dividend Date: 25/04/2024
Registry Closing Date: 26/04/2024
