Mr. Dabbagh has over 28 years of professional experience in the Insurance Industry. He has held Senior Management leadership across the UAE. He has a reputation for successful business development growth in multiple classes of insurance while also implementing new operating models.  He has previously held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and then as a General Manager in his previous organizations. During his career, he has extensively managed business operations and been engaged in marketing and sales strategic development.

Mr. Dabbagh is a member of The Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) and also holds a Higher National Diploma in Business & Finance as well as B.A (Hons) and Master Degree in Economics from the UK.
