National General Insurance Company (PJSC) aims to distribute cash dividend to its shareholders through a mechanism which ensures that the shareholders are receiving their dividend as per the Company’s Articles Of Association terms; within the guidelines of the new United Arab Emirates Federal Law No. 2 of 2015 and related regulations.
